Brush Mowing

Brush mowing has many of the same benefits as forestry mulching but is used in different applications that dont have such coarse vegetation. 

 

Brush mowing, or rough-cut mowing, uses specialized, heavy-duty equipment to clear overgrown areas with thick, tall grass, weeds, brush, vines, and saplings that a traditional lawn mower cannot handle. The equipment, such as walk-behind brush cutters or tractor-mounted brush hogs and brush cutters, is designed for tackling rough terrain and dense vegetation to manage land for fire prevention, agricultural use, or landscape maintenance.
